FREE-RANGE CHICKEN

Our free-range chickens are from Wing Lee Farms. They are brown chickens, naturally raised in California to over five month when the hens start to lay their first eggs.  The hens are about 2 lbs. and the roosters are around 3 lbs.

Free-range chicken meat is leaner, more flavorful, and rich in texture. It's heathier and tastier.
